Are you looking for new direction and support? Do you keep making the same mistakes and are unsatisfied with your current results? Do you need better structure, support and mentoring? Let us help you achieve your goals. We can provide you with customized tailored training, give you feedback and support as well as providing you with motivation and holding you accountable.

Full range of services for our athletes include:

Lactate Threshold Testing:

This test is performed on your bike attached to an ergometer or on the treadmill. An athlete’s initial lactate test provides an indicator of fitness level and a starting point for training. A history of lactate tests should show changes in fitness, characterized by: increased power and/or pace at threshold, improved recovery heart rate, a higher lactate threshold heart rate, and a higher pace or power-to-weight ratio.

Dynamic Bike Fit:

We use a dynamic fit bike equipped with a power meter and motion capture technology to measure key riding position angles and distances to find the ideal riding position that's both powerful and comfortable through adjustments to seat height and position, handlebar height, and the stem length. These measurements from the dynamic fit bike are then transposed to your own bike.

Body Composition Analysis:

We utilize the InBody machine from Biospace to gain a complete picture of our athletes bodies. The InBody is easy and accurate (98% correlation with DXA and Underwater Weighing) giving you your weight, lean body mass, total body water, dry lean mass, BMI, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and segmental lean mass. By monitoring your body composition history over time we can identify and track inflammation, swelling, and even injuries with ECW/TBW ratio changes over time.
